Remedial Massage 

Using specific techniques to alleviate pain, release muscle spasm, increase joint range of motion and soft tissue suppleness. Great for relieving pain and tension in specific areas due to;

• post-surgery

• general aches and tiredness.

Including treatment for:

• headaches,

• neck and back pain,

• muscle and joint pain and tension,

Therapeutic / Relaxation

This is a deeply relaxing and nurturing full body treatment.  Bringing your awareness back into the body. Using pressure to suit the individual, working with the natural rhythm of the breath and soothing sounds of gentle music. Excellent for slowing down the body and mind, shifting into quiet alertness for all over health and well being.

Massage for Children

Recommended for children 5-17 years old. Children also experience stress and tension. Due to growing bodies changing rapidly, sensitivity to their surrounding environment including electronic gaming devices, student related posture, major life changes and busy lifestyles.

Whether it be from physical, mental or emotional stress, a short massage will gently bring them back into their natural rhythm of life and growth. Quietening their minds and allowing their natural, lightness of being, to surface. Great for those who are feeling emotionally sensitive, mentally busy, accident prone or are physically tired.
